 The Industry Planning & Development Division is responsible for the development of a vibrant Business Travel & MICE industry ecosystem of players, capabilities, alliances and infrastructure; management of Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau's strategic planning, operating systems and processes and coordination of marketing efforts.
The Division consists of two departments:
- Industry Development Department
- Business Planning & Marketing Department
 The Industry Development Department's mission is to create a vibrant Business & MICE environment with strong industry players, robust alliances and world-class infrastructure. The Business Planning & Marketing Department integrates the Strategic Clusters Divisions' development initiatives, interfaces with other key agencies and establishes effective business and industry operating systems.
The department also coordinates marketing and PR activities to entrench Singapore's position as a premier Business & MICE destination.
